Based in Frankfort, KY, Flourish was founded by Whitney Smith, PhD and Julie Smith — two specialists who bring deep, complementary expertise to their respective fields.

Whitney leads the firm's life science and technology practice, offering business development, strategic and product advisory, and fractional sales executive services to scientific software companies and the pharma and biotech teams that depend on them. Julie leads the education practice, providing personalized consulting services to children, families, institutions, and the adults who support learners with a wide range of needs.
