Co-Founder

Whitney spent 30 years at the intersection of drug discovery and software, first as a bench chemist (including participating in the development of two clinical candidates), then in business and executive roles at companies including Accelrys/BIOVIA, IDBS, CDD Vault, and QSimulate. He has built sales teams, managed global strategic accounts, and closed multimillion-dollar enterprise deals across the life science informatics stack. Through Flourish Consulting, he connects specialized software and services vendors with the pharma and biotech teams that depend on them with the scientific depth and commercial fluency to bridge both worlds.

Grace Smith

Office and Social Media Manager

Grace brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and digital savvy to her role at Flourish Consulting. As both Office Manager and Social Media Manager, Grace keeps operations running smoothly while crafting the brand's online presence with precision and purpose.

Currently pursuing a double major in Equine Rehabilitation and Equine Business and Sales at Midway University in Midway, Kentucky, with an expected graduation in Spring 2027, Grace applies the same discipline and dedication she brings to her academic work to everything she does professionally. Her hands-on experience working with thoroughbreds has sharpened her ability to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and build trust, skills that translate seamlessly into the fast-paced world of consulting.

Grace's background reflects a driven, well-rounded professional who isn't afraid to take on challenges across multiple disciplines. At Flourish Consulting, she is an integral part of the team, contributing to both the day-to-day foundation and the forward-facing voice of the business.
